The dominant feature of the logo is the shapes and curves found in the surroundings \u2013 rolling hills with charming sunsets. The colours of the logo and the entire colour palette of the project are the same \u2013 the natural tones. All of the photos on the website were colour graded with the same palette. We showed them with rounded edges as well. The visual identity of the project is consequently calm and inviting. The feeling you would like to associate with the property you are seeking. If the property is not yet standing, and I can’t visit the apartment, you would help me immensely by showing how the kitchen would look like, what can I fit into the bathroom, and the arrangement of the bedrooms. We provided the future owners with accurately written portraits of their anticipated property. We walked apartment after apartment, garage after garage \u2013 with the help of the architect who knew the planned property intimately. We talked about cellars, common areas, advantages of our new over older apartments in the region. During the interview, we brainstormed how to portray the property in the best possible way. Of course, we had to do much preparation before both the interview and copywriting. We needed an app to sell real estate and property<\/h4>\n

In addition to texts, we wanted to show everyone the property on a map.<\/h6>\n

The aim was to design user experiences for property and apartment buildings individually. The website visitor should choose the floor and apartment number and find the available space, description, visualisations, and price information. The buyer of the land property was to see the property from a bird’s eye view, which would make it easier to decide where to build in the future. The app should work on mobile as well as on the web. That was a huge challenge.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A simple, functional app for selling real estate and property works just as well on mobile and desktop. Also, we should add that the functionality of these “tailor-made” apps on mobile phones is often problematic. The schematics of the property used in the app were prettified by our designer \u2013 from the technical drawings. Subsequently, we divided the property into plots, onto which you can click to see more info. In an apartment building, you choose the floor first and then the apartment unit you are interested in. The application shows the total number of flats on a given floor and the number of flats sold.<\/p>\n
