You could argue that after the apartments would sell, the page will fulfil its goal, and the logo will least, therefore, only a few months. If only it were this simple. It would help if you had your logomark and logotype – across all sales channels. You would distinguish your project from other developments in the city or location. Moreover, if you decide to expand the development later, you can work with the already established brand. The building of a new one would be unnecessary.
The dominant feature of the logo is the shapes and curves found in the surroundings – rolling hills with charming sunsets. The colours of the logo and the entire colour palette of the project are the same – the natural tones. All of the photos on the website were colour graded with the same palette. We have used rounded edges with them as well. The visual identity of the project is consequently consistent – calm and inviting. We walked apartment after apartment, garage after garage – with the help of the architect who knew the planned property intimately. We talked about cellars, common areas, advantages of our new over older apartments in the region. During the interview, we brainstormed how to portray the property in the best possible way. Of course, we had to do much of preparation before both the interview and copywriting. The advantages to the developer were that we took care of it without taking off his time.
The aim was to design user experience for property and apartment building individually. The website visitor was to choose the floor and apartment number, then look at the space, description, visualisations and price. The buyer of the land property was to be able to see the property from a bird’s eye view, which would make it easier to decide where actually to build in the future. The application shows the total number of flats on a given floor as well as the number of flats sold.
We have understood that the client is in charge of other things and does not have the time nor expertise to manage his websites. We update the information about the state of the apartments, and we are always happy when one of them sells.
It takes five minutes since the client calls, and the information on the site is updated. Although, sometimes even the client logs into the administration and updates the status. The benefit to the buyer is that the information is always up to date. Our client focuses on sales, and we watch the battery status on our cell phones in anticipation of his next call.
