Programming site for developer and seller of real estate in Stošice, Liptovsky Mikulas. Development of tool to allow users select each lot.

The challenge

The biggest challenge of the entire project was to create an application to select the lots and making it easily usable and functional even on mobile devices. The application maps the entire area that will be developed in the future. Each part (stage) is being launched separately. The application clearly distinguishes the sold, available and reserved land (houses).

Our solution

We have decided to show the tool right on the homepage. This allows the user to have not only simple but also fast access to each lot. On page of each lot, users can see houses that can be build on this lot. The user can see prices, more detailed information, visualizations.

Results

The site has seen considerable activity after couple of months after launch. Thanks to the website, client has managed to sell, or book most of the available land. We believe that the site with the application will help the client in months to come.
